Eileen brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership and career coaching, training and organizational development. She assists senior leaders, managers and individual contributors in enhancing their leadership ability through goal setting, skill development and strengthening communication and interpersonal relationships.
As a dedicated talent management specialist, Eileen has partnered with many global industries, including finance, banking, technology, pharmaceuticals, legal and manufacturing to help organizations and high potential employees achieve their career goals.
Over the past five years, Eileen has been involved with high-visibility leadership development programs including coaching a customized program for women to develop their business acumen and increase their corporate visibility. She incorporates assessments such as Myers Briggs to help her coachees identify their strengths and areas for improvement. Eileen’s coachees have been recognized for their confidence and ability to demonstrate select leadership skills by senior management.
Previously, Eileen was a Training and Organizational Development Consultant, where she delivered customized training programs to improve organizational performance, facilitate team building and coach managers on leadership, visioning and communications. Many of her clients retained Eileen on a long-term basis due to her ability to understand their culture and contribute to improving their management styles. In addition, she has been an Adjunct Faculty Member teaching Organizational Development at local colleges as well as a Human Resource Manager for a large utility company.
Certifications, Education and Affiliations
Eileen holds an undergraduate degree in Business and a Master’s in Business Administration. She is a board certified coach (BCC) and is also certified in Myers Briggs (MBTI) and Wilson Learning Interpersonal Effectiveness. She has lived most of her life in the Northeast and recently relocated to the Tampa/St Petersburg FL area.
